About the event
Art Exploration is a series of mixed media workshops that are suitable for all levels of experience!
Each week Alison will lead through presentations and prompts with emphasis on designing and painting abstracted artworks on canvas. New concepts and techniques will be added weekly.
Please note: To attend each class, pre-registration is required. Classes will cap at 10 participants.

About the Class:
This week will focus on mixed media abstract painting. Using a full tool box of artist materials and techniques like acrylic paints, mark-making, oil pastels, and collage, each participant will design and create their own mixed media painting on canvas. The painting will be purely abstract with participants creating by using only forms, shapes and lines with emphasis on color and texture for the overall end composition.
