Hosting Your Event at Quietude:
Community Hub vs. Quietude Events

Quietude offers two different pathways for hosting events at the lodge, depending on your goals, structure, and pricing.

The White Horse Community Hub is a collaborative initiative between White Horse and Quietude designed to make wellness, creative, and community-based offerings more accessible. These events take place during designated daytime hours (generally Tuesday–Thursday between 10am–3:30pm) and must be completely free to attend—donations and ticket sales are not permitted. In exchange for offering a free event, facilitators can use the lodge at Quietude at no cost and receive a White Horse Golden Partner Pass (including 3 months of free admission to White Horse music events), along with expanded marketing support from both White Horse and Quietude. This option is ideal for those who want to build community, share their work accessibly, and grow their visibility.

Quietude Events (non-hub events) offer more flexibility in format and monetization. These events can be scheduled outside of hub hours and can be either donation-based or ticketed. For donation-based events, facilitators keep 70% of proceeds, with the remaining 30% supporting Quietude, and the lodge is provided at no cost. For paid events, facilitators set their own ticket prices and rent the space according to Quietude’s lodge rates. This option is best suited for those who are looking to generate income, host longer or differently timed events, or have more control over pricing and structure.

Both pathways are rooted in the same intention—supporting meaningful, community-oriented experiences, while offering different ways to align with your needs as a host.
