About the event
Art Exploration is a series of mixed media workshops that are suitable for all levels of experience!
Each week Alison will lead through presentations and prompts with emphasis on designing and painting abstracted artworks on canvas. New concepts and techniques will be added weekly.
Please note: To attend each class, pre-registration is required. Classes will cap at 10 participants.

About the Class:
This week will focus on creating a landscape painting with collage. Using only their imagination and paper, we will design and create a unique landscape image onto a canvas. Inspiration can be the mountains, beach scene, garden, or a make-believe scene, Different types and textures of papers like tissue paper, newspaper, magazines, construction papers etc. will be cut, torn and pasted onto the canvas to “ build “ the landscape painting.
