About the event
Through the gentle support of acupuncture and an immersive musical experience featuring kora, crystal singing bowls, and other resonant instruments, we’ll create space to slow down, open our hearts, and exhale peace.
This monthly offering is an invitation to explore the shifting seasons, harmonizing the internal and the external. Therapeutic music and Chinese Medicine very much relate in their foundational law of resonance. When used in conjunction with each other, they synergize to amplify their many benefits for body, mind, and spirit, including harmony, awareness and peace.
Upon settling into the space, you will be guided through a brief meditation connecting with yourself and the energies of the season. Faith will begin the acupuncture treatment and Rivers will start the music. The needles will stay in for about 30 minutes, and the sound bath will last roughly 45 mins to an hour.
