Join Omri for an interactive lecture on HeartMath and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) training.
We'll explore what HRV is, its connection to the vagus nerve, and ancient wisdom from Buddhist Metta practice. Using HeartMath's biofeedback device in real time, we'll observe what a "coherent state" looks like.
