We will begin by gathering in a circle to share a warm, heart-opening cup of ceremonial-grade cacao. Cacao acts as a gentle catalyst, helping us drop from our analytical minds and ground deeply into our heart centers. As the medicine of the cacao settles, you will be bathed in a deeply restorative sound healing journey.
