Soundbaths are becoming all the rage, offering a host of benefits such as reduction in stress response, improved sleep, improved concentration, and reduced trauma symptoms. Yet it can be a challenge to take the whole family, even if you could get everyone's schedules to line up. But what if you could bring the healing powers of sound therapy into your own home?
Join Joy Bush, Certified Sound Leader, as she facilitates a discussion on how to bring the principles of sound therapy into your home to support your own wellbeing as well as the entire family. There will be an opportunity for hands-on exploration with some of the sound instruments, and the workshop will conclude with a soundbath.
