About the event
This weekly meditation space offered every Wednesday morning is dedicated to those who contribute to the health and wellbeing of our community, such as psychotherapists, spiritual healers, social workers, bodyworkers, and spiritual teachers. Our Meditation for Community Healers was established following hurricane Helene as a place for frontline workers, who worked tirelessly to support our community, to find peace and community support. We have since extended this meditation invitation to everyone who serves our community in the areas of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Doors open at 8:15am. Free, donations welcome.
Parking: Please park at the front of The Lodge. Parking behind The Lodge is used by residents of Quietude. If we should run out of parking in the front, kindly park at the Black Mountain Wellness Center (1141 Montreat Rd.), which is just 50 yards further north and on the left when you continue up Montreat Road.
