About the event
Life is messy. So is experimentation and play. If you want your journal to be an honest and inviting space, let it be messy too! This workshop and studio time will offer creative exercises and materials to encourage you to greet your journaling practice with enthusiasm and curiosity. For both beginners and those who've been journaling for ages are welcome.
This is a re-occurring free event taking place on Tuesdays 10/6 , 10/20 , 10/27 , 11/3 , 11/10, 12/1 , 12/8
Lauren Graeber (MAEd, MDiv) is a Black Mountain teacher, artist and the author of After the Flood, a book of writing exercises for survivors of Hurricane Helene. She lives on the other side of the Continental Divide, deep in the trees where it's mostly quiet and always beautiful. You'll also find her working at Sassafras if you need a book recommendation or a coffee.
