About the event
Join Saskia Meckman, Katie Patton, and Amy Wright Glenn for a transformative full-day retreat in which we will honor the wisdom of song, silence, and the darkness and light of winter.
In this retreat, you will spend time deepening your relationship with silence. There will be invitations for gentle expressive movement and restorative yin yoga throughout the day, as well as opportunities to share and witness. The group will also spend time immersed in community singing as we integrate and explore what it's like to hold both the dark and light.
Honoring the transformation that comes through song and silence in the belly of winter, Saskia, Katie, and Amy will weave their wisdom, crafting a container of safety, discovery, joy, reflection, and peace for all who gather.
