Sound Bath with Eric Lindstrom

Join Eric Lindstrom for a deeply nourishing and supportive sound meditation.  A variety of instruments and techniques will be used to weave a sound tapestry that relaxes the nervous system and stimulates the heart space.  The event is an opportunity to let go of  held tension and embrace the positive energy available to us.   Sound and Vibration crafted intentionally and compassionately  can bring needed balance, nourishment and health.
