About the event

Meditation doesn’t have to be confined to a cushion. In this weekly class, you will learn how to bring meditation into the middle of everyday life.


The Mandala of Now is a simple yet powerful practice that can be used anywhere—while walking, working, or moving through your day. As the mind settles and the heart opens, students often experience greater calm, presence, and a renewed sense of vitality.


This class supports those who have taken The Secret of the Golden Flower workshop and want a consistent place to practice, while also welcoming newcomers who are curious about meditation that can be integrated into daily life. Together we cultivate presence, weaken the grip of the ego, and allow the light of the True Self to blossom, while building a community of grounded people committed to living spiritually in the real world.


Open to beginners and experienced meditators alike.
